06.07.12 WOD

Athletes, remember that there is always some one watching you and counting your reps. So make sure you are not cheating on the WODs because there is nothing worse then someone with no integrity.

WOD: 
50 Box jumps 24/20
40 jumping pull ups
30 KB swings 53/35
20 Walking lunges
10 Turkish get ups
50 push press 45/35
40 Back extensions (Supermans)
30 Med Ball Cleans
20 Burpees
100 Double unders

25 minute cap time.

Push to try and complete this WOD with in the allotted time.
And yes it is 100 reps at the end of doubleunders it is not a mistake.
