CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide. Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. Combat, survival, many sports, and life reward this kind of fitness and, on average, punish the specialist. We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease and cage fighters one month out from televised bouts. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs. 06.06.12 WOD

Squat Therapy. Do squats up against a wall, using a gymnastics ring or a rack. 
If you think your squat is 100% badass, think again and do squat therapy. No one has a perfect squat. 
Make sure you are doing this slow and woking on form. 

For time
Med ball slams 20/14

Rest 3 mins

3 rds
8 Wall balls 20/14
16 sit ups

Your time stops at the last sit up. Your 3 minute rest is included in the total time.
