CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide. Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. Combat, survival, many sports, and life reward this kind of fitness and, on average, punish the specialist. The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease and cage fighters one month out from televised bouts. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs. The needs of Olympic athletes and our grandparents differ by degree not kind. Our terrorist hunters, skiers, mountain bike riders and housewives have found their best fitness from the same regimen. Thousands of athletes worldwide have followed our workouts posted daily on this site and distinguished themselves in combat, the streets, the ring, stadiums, gyms and homes.

Getting Started





Getting started is as easy as coming in to our FREE intro class.  Our intro class is held every Friday at 5:30pm if this time is not good for you just email or call (509.845.9796) us to schedule a intro class at a different time that is convenient to you.


Before you sign up first ask yourself: Am I ready?  Am I ready to sweat and learn?  Am I ready to embrace the uncomfortable as my new comfortable?  Am I ready to become a better person and live a better life?  Am I ready to live a healthier life?  CrossFit is designed to push you to your mental and physical limitations.  Once they are reached we will push you passed them, breaking you apart and rebuild you, we will have you doing things you have never done before or ever thought you could do.


Our introductory session is composed of foundational movements using your body weight only to put you through a test that will challenge you and humble you.  Our intro class will focus mainly on form and understanding of the movements with a short intense workout at the end of class.  Once you have completed the intro class your coach will guide you through the next steps in making you the athlete you are striving to be.  During our visit if you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask.
