3.27.13 WOD

Had some complaints from some of the ladies that they wanted a picture for them. So here you go ladies! 

Athletes, just a heads up. This Sunday we will still be running the Open WOD at 11am. We will also be having a Easter egg hunt for all the kids along with a pot luck if you would like to bring something bring an appetizer. 
Also we are showing the Open WOD tomorrow at the Box again at 5pm hope to see you all there!

Work on your muscle up or Bar muscle up (strict or kipping) for 10 minutes.
