Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease and cage fighters one month out from televised bouts. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs. 1.3.14 WOD


Athletes, don't forget that our friends at A Team CrossFit are having their first ever throw down/ grand opening. We have quite a few NSCF athletes competing in it and it would be great if we could all show up and show the athletes how much we love our NSCF family. After the throw down is their grand opening and we are all invited (they might regret that). Lets show them how NSCF party's.

Power Clean 5×3 (add 2.5 lbs to last workout)

Collegiate
Hang Power Clean 2×2 @ 80%, 3×2 @ 90% of 1 RM
