CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide. Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. Combat, survival, many sports, and life reward this kind of fitness and, on average, punish the specialist. We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease and cage fighters one month out from televised bouts. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs. 10.18.13 WOD

Athletes, so after a tuff week. I though it would be nice to give you all a treat. So here it tomorrows "WOD". 

Strength:

Amateur
Power Clean 5x3 (add 2.5 lbs to last workout)

Collegiate
4" Deficit RDL 10, 10, 10
GHD Back Extension Isometric Hold (hold top of movement) 3 x 60 secs

WOD:
Work on mobility for 25 minutes. With the time left over (if any) do any 10 minute or less WOD.
