CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide. Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. Combat, survival, many sports, and life reward this kind of fitness and, on average, punish the specialist. The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease and cage fighters one month out from televised bouts. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs. 10.16.13 WOD

Athletes we will be making teams for some events in the future. Check out our events board and sign up for a event. Test your self and see the results of the work you have put in. The events we will have coming up will be The Turkey Trot, The Cable Bridge Run and The Polar Plunge. Next year we have started a list for The Tough Mudder in june and The Spartan Race in Aug. Hope to see a ton of names on the events board!!!

Also just a reminder to please put your equipment away and 
wipe it down when you are finished with it. Thanks

155/125 pound Deadlift, 12 reps
155/125 pound Hang power clean, 9 reps
155/125 pound Push jerk, 6 reps

Skill:
With the rest of your time work on anything gymnastic. 
Work on things you suck at not things you are good at.
