Athletes, here is what collegiate programming will look like.
Strength:
Amateur
Deadlift 5x3 (add 10 lbs)
Strict Pull Ups 3 x max reps
Collegiate
Power Clean 3 RM
Weighted Chin Ups 3 RM
Note: no one is doing collegiate yet.
WOD:
7 Minute AMRAP (reps) of:
Turkish get ups 70/53
Note: if you can not do the prescribed weight go as heavy as possible.
