Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. 9.12.13 WOD

Athletes, next week we will be posting collegiate on the strength. If you have gotten the green light by Coach Leo you are good to go and hit it up. If you haven't and you think you are ready get with Coach Leo and he can check you out. As soon as he gives you the green light you are good to follow it and not the amateur program. 

Also you only have a few more day to sign up for the Lurong Living Paleo Challenge. So get on it!

Squat 3x5 (add 5 lbs to last workout)
