CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide. Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. Combat, survival, many sports, and life reward this kind of fitness and, on average, punish the specialist. The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease and cage fighters one month out from televised bouts. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs. The needs of Olympic athletes and our grandparents differ by degree not kind. Our terrorist hunters, skiers, mountain bike riders and housewives have found their best fitness from the same regimen. 8.27.13 WOD

Athletes, Thursday (29th) at 7:30pm is the last day of our free pilates classes. After this class we will be adding Pilates to our pricing list/schedule. This is something that will be a separate fee from your CrossFit membership. We urge you to get in and try this class out so you have a feel for what these pilates classes will have in store for you. If you are a NSCF member you will get a discount if you are wanting to get in to do pilates. We hope to see a big turnout this Thursday!

On a side note Tuesday (27th) is our last 8 and 9am classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The summer is coming to an end and so our our summer classes. We will be adding some new times to our schedule and taking some times out. I hope that you have all enjoyed out summer times!
