PART 1
With a partner--
Partner 1 completes Elizabeth
21, 15, 9 rounds of:
squat clean, 135/85
Ring dips
Partner 2 completes Georgia
5 rounds of:
10 power cleans, 135/85
15 push ups
*partners must use the same bar!
PART 2
After BOTH people complete their workout:
10 rounds of Alternating Cindy
5 pull ups
10 push ups
15 air squats
(partner 1 does 1 round, partner 2 does next round, etc. until 10 rounds are done)
