Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. Combat, survival, many sports, and life reward this kind of fitness and, on average, punish the specialist. The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease and cage fighters one month out from televised bouts. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs. 09.26.12 WOD

Just some random videos that will help with different issues some athletes might have. Enjoy!!

For time:
Run 200
5 Burpees
Run 100
10 Burpees

3 Rds for time:
25 Plank up downs Demo
15 V-ups
5 Front Squat 185/130

16 minute cap time.
Note: when doing the plank up downs start in the push up position go down 
and then back up the completes one rep. Also on the front Squats no racks unless cleared by a coach.
