CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide. Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. Combat, survival, many sports, and life reward this kind of fitness and, on average, punish the specialist. We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease and cage fighters one month out from televised bouts. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs. 09.27.12 WOD

Ok Athletes here is a chance to give back, Crossfit prides itself on being involved in the community, so here is our chance to prove it. Nov 10 instead of doing a Saturday WOD we will be working with Habitat for Humanity to build a home for a family in need. The Box will be closed that Saturday. You can sign up at the events board at the box if you are interested in helping. I will have a link soon for you to register!! Remember many hands make light work! Thanks in advance.
