09.19.12 WOD

Athletes here is the info on the trial afternoon classes for next week. We will be having Tuesday (25th) and Thursday (27th) classes at 11:30AM. If we have enough interest we will be keeping it.

2 Power clean + 1 Jerk EMOM for 7 minutes 75% of 1RM

10 Rds for total reps:
30 Seconds Thrusters 75/55
30 Seconds Jumping Pull ups

Note: make sure the pull up bar is in between your wrists and mid forearm for RX.
