Strength:
4 sets of 5 reps of 1 & 1/4 Back Squat
Note: do one full back squat then right after do a 1/4 squat this is 1 rep.
Do as much weight as you can. Build up to max. you have 10 minutes to compete this.
WOD:
21-15-9 for time
Front squat 135/95
Sit ups
Jump & touch (1 ft above reach)
On the jump & touch only one hand has to touch the target.
