Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. 400m Run
Max rep pull ups

Your score is the number of pull ups completed at the end of the 20 minutes.
As soon as you fall from the pul up bar you must run another 400.
You may hold on to the bar as long as you want.
