Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. 30 Box Jumps

5 rounds for max push up reps. There is NO time component to this WOD. Athletes will be scored by number of total push ups completed.

Tracey...still nursing a knee injury so I did 5k row at home = 21:52 not a PR but at least I can workout!
Oh yeah still owe Jayne 50 burpees...damm halloween candy.
