CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide. Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. THE SATURDAY WOD!


In groups of 3, perform the following for time:

100 Back Squats, 100/75 (no racks allowed)
100 Box Jumps, 24/20
100 Double Unders
400m Run (together)
75 Hang Squat Cleans, 100/75
75 Hand Release Push Ups
75 Burpees
75 Sit Ups
400m Run (together)
50 Push Jerk, 100/75
50 Pull Ups
50 Wall Balls, 20/14
50 KB Swings, 1.5/1 pood
50 Squat Jumps
400m Run (together)

The Rules
Only 1 person using the bar or other implement at one time
1 piece of equipment per team for each exercise...
So group accordingly!
Reps can be split up any way you'd like
All runs must start & end together
