Athletes, lets make sure we grab a drink this weekend and give a cheers to all those who have given the ultimate scarifies and those who continue to sacrifice for our freedom. This Monday (26th) we will be running our traditional Memorial Day WOD... MURPH!!! We have two time slots open for this WOD 9:30am and 10:30am. We hope to see you all there supporting those who fight for our country!
