CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide. Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. 2.12.14 WOD


Mark your calendars! To help kick off the Clean Eating Challenge starting 2/17, we are hosting a nutrition seminar at the box on Thursday February 13th at 7:30 PM. We will be discussing details of the challenge and an intro to Paleo and the Zone Diet. Hope to see you all there!

Also we will be having a Sunday oly 1RM open gym from 1 to 3pm. This time is only for establishing 1RMs for oly lifts. This will not count as one of your visits to the box. If you have any questions about this shoot Coach Eric a Email at Eric@NSCrossFit.com
