WOD:
17 minute ladder of:
1 Overhead Squat 95/65
2 Front Squat 95/65
3 Squats
Note: when you complete the first round you will just add 1 rep to each modality. So round one will be 1 OHS, 2 FS and 3 Squats. Round 2 will be 2 OHS, 3 FS and 4 Squats round 3 will be 3 OHS, 4 FS and 5 Squats and so on till you hit the 17 cap.
