3 person teams for time:
800m run-team must carry 20# med ball
Part 1--
100 air squats
100 push ups
100 sit ups
Part 2--
75 box jumps, 24/20
75 power cleans, 115/75
75 KB swings, 53/35
Part 3--
50 burpees
50 pull ups
50 wall balls, 20/14
Work is done as a group, but teams can't do the Same exercise.
