Strength:
Deadlift 5 RM (add 10 lbs to last weeks weight)
Note: if you fail your 5RM you will lower your weight 30# and do a 3x5 or 5x3 at that weight.
WOD:
10 minute AMRAP of:
9 Wallballs 20/14 @ 11/9' targets
7 Strict pull ups
5 Snatches 75/55
