Teams of 2 WOD:
For time:
800m Run with medball (switch when ever you want)
40 Squats (while partner holds on to pull up bar with medball between feet)
40 Push ups with hands on medball (while parter holds wall sit)
40 Partner medball sit ups
400m Run with medball (switch when ever you want)
20 Squats (while partner holds on to pull up bar with medball between feet)
20 Push ups with hands on medball (while parter holds wall sit)
20 Partner medball sit ups
200m Run with medball (switch when ever you want)
10 Squats (while partner holds on to pull up bar with medball between feet)
10 Push ups with hands on medball (while parter holds wall sit)
10 Partner medball sit ups
100m Run with medball (switch when ever you want)
5 Squats (while partner holds on to pull up bar with medball between feet)
5 Push ups with hands on medball (while parter holds wall sit)
5 Partner medball sit ups
Note: Only one medball can be used per team. 20 for men 14 for women. On the partner sit ups both partners go down every time.
