CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide. Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. Combat, survival, many sports, and life reward this kind of fitness and, on average, punish the specialist. The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease and cage fighters one month out from televised bouts. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs. 12.08.12 Saturday WOD

Teams of 4
2 rds for time of: 
200m Buddy carry then switch 
(each of the 4 team members will carry a person 200m)
150 Hand release push ups
150 Partner sit ups with 20/14 medball
150 walking lunges 

Notes: On the sit ups the medball must touch the floor over your head. Each exercise must be completed before anyone on the team starts the next one. While 2 or 3 of the teammates are doing any of the task the other 1 or 2 will be holding two 45# plate. Example if person 1 is holding both 45# plates, the other 3 can be doing the task to finish faster or person 1 and 2 can each hold a 45#plate while the other 2 do work. If the plates touch the ground or are set down at any time it is a 10 burpee penalty for the entire team. Burpees are done at the time the penalty is accrued.
