10.29.12 WOD

Great job helping out yesterday at the TC Marathon everyone!! Remember get signed up on the events board for our Habita For Humanity event! Lets give back the way CrossFitters do! We only need 8 more to reach 50 helpers and to get Texas Road House to cadre it. Get your friends and family to sign up.

72ft lunges w/ weight over head 45/35 
10 Pull ups
10 Squat jumps
10 Strict sit ups (no arm momentum)
