Athletes, remember that we are having a Barbells For Boobs meeting this
Saturday at 10am after the WOD. Also our end of the summer BBQ is coming up fast. We will be having it on September 15th after the WOD food and drinks provided (yes that means beer.)

5 sets of 1 rep @ 75% 1RM
