"Uppers & Downers"
For today's workout, you & your partner will alternate through each segment. All runs are shuttle runs--you'll run 50m shuttles to complete the required distance (for example, a 200m shuttle is down & back twice)
1) 100m shuttle & 5 handstand pushups
2) 200m shuttle & 15 pull ups
3) 300m shuttle & 25 push ups
4) 400m shuttle & 5 handstand pushups, 15 pull ups, 25 push ups
While 1 partner runs, the other does the upper body work. When partner 1 returns, you'll switch & partner 1 does the upper body work while partner 2 does the run. Each person will do ALL of the work listed above! Both people must complete their work before switching.
