In teams of 2 for time:
Row 2000m
100 Back squats 95/65
60 Pull ups
Run 1 mile with barbell on back 95/65
Make sure you scale as needed.
Only one person can workout at a time. you get 1 rower, 1 pull up bar and 1 barbell.
On the run both must run, but only one athlete can carry the barbell.
You may switch the barbell on the run at anytime.
