05.24.12 WOD

Its love your med ball day!

Strength: 
Floor bench 3 set of 5 reps 
Build up to a heavy weight, if you have a 1RM do 65% 1RM.

WOD: 
14 Min AMRAP:
100m run while holding a med ball 20/14
10 Med ball cleans 20/14
10 Med ball slams 20/14

Make sure to keep the medicine balls on the rubber matting unless on the 100m run.
