Saturday--YEAH!

Welcome to another edition of Eric's Wild World of Saturday EODs

We will have 2 workouts posted.  You can choose to do either one...or if you have the desire you can do both!

"7 Bears"
7 rounds for time:

7 Handstand Push Ups
7 Knees to Elbows
7 KB Swing 2 pood/1.5 pood
7 burpees
7 pull ups
7 ring dips
7 Bear complex 95/65
*rules for the bear posted on whiteboard


Or, youo can do the following--
For time, complete rounds of:
80-60-40-20 air squats
60-40-20-10 sit ups (with abmat)
40-20-10-5 push ups (chest to deck)

*do 80 air squats, 60 sit ups, 40 push ups--then 60, 40, 20, etc.
