Tabata these:
Bottom to bottom squats (rest in the bottom position)
Floor Wipers 135/95
Kettlebell swings 24kg/16kg
Each exercise is done for 8 rounds consisting of
20 sec of work followed by 10 sec of rest.
Rest 1 minute between exercises.
Post total reps for each exercise to comments
