Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. 7:13 as rx. Did Fran at 0945. 9:14 as rx. The last time I did Fran my time was 10:05 and I used a band for the pullups. Thanks for the push gang, it is nice to see results!! G
