Athletes, here is a link to our double under clinic the 20th of this month. The classes available are either 11 AM or 2 PM. The class comes with a jump rope and you can attend any other DU clinic for free after the first one.
Strength:
Clean and Jerk: 50% 1x2, 60% 1x2, 70% 1x2, 75% 1x1, 80% 1x1, 85% 1x4
Note: use your 1RM squat clean for these percents.

Double Unders
Note: you will do 27 pull-ups followed by 100 double unders. You will continue this till done.
