5 Rounds for time of:
12 Deadlift 225/160
20 Pull ups
12 Clean and jerk 135/95
20 Knees to elbows
35 Minute cap time.
Note: If you can not complete the entire WOD RX you will use the same weight of your clean and jerk for the deadlifts.
