5.25.13 Saturday WOD


SATURDAY PARTNER WOD

 2 Rounds For Time:
20 alternating wall climbs
30 alternating burpees
40 alternating power cleans, 95/65#
50 alternating box jumps, 24/20
60 alternating push ups 
70 alternating sit ups (pass medicine ball), 20/14#
80 alternating air squats

You & your partner alternate each movement to complete the required reps, 
then move to the next exercise.  
You can start anywhere on the list, but follow the exercises in order.  
1 bar,1 box, 1 medicine ball per pair...
