CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide. Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. Combat, survival, many sports, and life reward this kind of fitness and, on average, punish the specialist. The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease and cage fighters one month out from televised bouts. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs. 5.10.13 WOD - LAST DAY IN OUR CURRENT BOX


Athletes, we are planning a big Natural Selection Vegas vacation towards the end of September and want to make sure everyone has a chance to get it on their calendars! We are currently looking at the weekend of September 19 - 22, flying Allegiant Air out of Pasco. Melody Hansen is the coordinator for this event. She has been pricing out some of the best places to stay (cheap but non-ghetto and great pools!).

She is going to be scouting out some group rates and the more precise numbers she has, the better. You are of course welcome to make your own arrangements for airfare/hotel, but She is happy to play travel agent as well if that's not your thing.

Also I want you all to enjoy this last WOD in our current box. Just remember that we will make new and greater memories in our new box. Oh how we have grown. We will be hanging out at 5:30pm. and if there is any intros we will hang out and cheering them on! You are all welcome!
