3.4.13 WOD

13.0 here we come! This will be our WOD tomorrow FYI!!

Athletes, a few announcements to keep you all in the loop. The clean eating challenge is coming to an end. We will be weighing and measuring on friday the 8th at 6:30pm. those that can't make it will have till Saturday morning to get weighed in. We will not weigh anyone after Saturday. Remember only the women and man that loose the most body fat will win a cash prize. Next our move date is coming up!!! We will be trying to get in to the new box by March 15th. I will keep you all updated.

WOD:
10 Minutes kipping handstand skill work

Rest 1 minute then:

7 minute AMRAP of:
Medball cleans 20/14 
Note: score is your total reps done.

Rest 2 minutes then:

Establish a 5 rep max deadlift 
10 minute cap time.
Note: score if total load.
