Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. 1.7.13 WOD

Day 1, Lets make it a good one. Remember athletes you can log your food if you want and have one of the coaches let you know if you are on track or if something is wrong. Also if you have questions about your diets please ask we are here to answer any questions you may have. 

Skill:
25 minutes to work on squat clean work and 
Establish a 1 RM

12 Minute AMRAP of:
15 Squats 
20 Mountain Climbers
30 Double unders
