Athletes, reminder this weekend is our adult Christmas party!!! If you want to attend let either Mary, Dani or Kim know. The plans for our Christmas party are as follows. We are planning on eating dinner at the Crazy Moose in Pasco, then heading to Tony Roma's for dancing/live music.
WOD:
10 minute AMRAP of:
100m Run
3 burpees
5 Weighted toes to bar with a 10/5 on feet
7 Kettlebell swings 53/35
Notes: on the toes to bar you can use medballs, plates or
anything you can find to hold with your feet.
