10.19.12 WOD

SKILL
Mandatory skill day. So today you will have all hour to work on any thing you are trying to get better at. Make the things your working on a challenge but make it scaled to where your form is perfect. Have fun with this and think outside the box (be creative). You can make up a WOD for yourself using those skills the only rule is the WOD must have a 10 minute cap. have fun and enjoy.

Also remember that this Saturday is Barbells For Boobs!!! Be there or be square.
