Saturday 08.18.12 WOD

There will only be one time for this Saturday's WOD. 9AM only NO 8AM. Meeting at Badger MT. at 9AM

For time:
Run 3 mile loop Badger Mt.

The run/hike hike will start at Trailhead Park in Richland.  The route begins by going up the Sage Brush Trail which then turns into Skyline Trail then take a right onto Canyon Trail before the cell phone/radio towers back down to Trailhead Park to finish. Easier on the hips/knees to go up Canyon trail then down Skyline to Sagebrush. Jusy sayin'
