Ice baths are great for recovery. If you need a little bit of help recovering try an ice bath.
Make sure you follow these great instructions for ice bathing.
4rds for time:
20 Hang power clean 95/65
5 Thrusters 95/65
6 minutes cap time. 
Penalty: For every time you drop the barbell you must do 5 burpees.
