This is a proper clean. Yes a Clean is a squat clean.
For max load:
Clean 1-1-1-1-1-1-1
When warming up start with a light weight doing a set of 5 reps
then move in to a 3 rep and then start your 1-1-1-1-1-1-1.
For max load:
Clean 1-1-1-1-1-1-1
When warming up start with a light weight doing a set of 5 reps
then move in to a 3 rep and then start your 1-1-1-1-1-1-1.
