Complete 3 for time:
The goal at the beginning of each round is 100 unbroken double unders.
If 100 double unders are not completed unbroken, finish the round with;
Round 1, sit-ups
Round 2, push-ups
Round 3, squats
Sub for 100 double unders is 300 unbroken single unders.
If 300 single unders are not completed unbroken, finish the "100"
that you are on.
