Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

10 Wall ball shots, 20/14 pound ball
15 Kettlebell swings, 1.5/1 pood

Starting this Saturday we will be changing our
Saturday WOD to 9-10:30am.
So don't show up at 8am because we wont be there,
see you at 9am.
