Saturday EOD

Saturday is here!!
Today we'll have a partner workout.  The best part...while your partner works, you rest.  We'll be doing 2 of our FEMALE WODs that CrossFit is famous for.

21-15-9 reps of:
Thruster 95/65
Pull Ups

then, after 2 minutes to get your weights adjusted,

DIANE 21-15-9 reps of:
Deadlift 225/155
Handstand Push Ups

Directions will be posted on the whiteboard.
