Death by push-up

Complete 1 push-up every minute on the minute adding 1 push-up each minute
until you cannot complete the prescribed number of push-ups in that round.

1 P/U in the first minute
2 P/U in the second minute
3 P/U in the third minute
etc, etc, etc
