This Sunday at 1:00 we will have a FREE workout! The WOD will be a little different than our usual workouts...
Warm-up will start at 1:00, workout begins at 1:15 (3-2-1 GO). There will be 4 segments in the workout with prescribed rest times between each segment. Rest time will be used to rest & to get equipment ready for your next segment. Expect this WOD to be a little tougher than usual.
No need to sign up, just show up!
