Great job to all that were there this morning. FGB is a grueling but rewarding workout. Welcome to Joyce who came in for her first workout today.
Stradley: 313 total reps. Had to jump rope for last round of Row due to Club 24. Some one took it from me, gave myself 12 cals for that one. For wall ball did 45 lb dumb bell thrusters.
